Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that returns are sometimes necessary. You can return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

 

Warranty

We offer a 365-day warranty for our products, which covers accidental breakage under normal use. If your product accidentally breaks within this period, we will replace it with a new one. However, please note that we only provide one replacement per order.

If you purchase our optional Lifetime Guarantee, it covers your product for its entire lifespan. This means if your product accidentally breaks under normal use, we will replace it. However, please be aware that the Lifetime Guarantee only entitles you to one replacement per product. Once we have replaced it, the Lifetime Guarantee is considered fulfilled.

Eligibility for Returns

You have the right to return any product purchased from Fjällbris within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Opened consumable products are not eligible for returns.

To qualify for a return, products must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
In their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included
Free from signs of wear, damage, or use

Non-eligible items:
Opened consumables (e.g., bug repellent stickers)
Products missing original packaging or components

Any products that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Do NOT send any products back without approval.

To start the process:

1. Contact our support team at support@fjallbris.com or through our help center.

2. Provide: Your order number, The reason for the return, Photos, if applicable (e.g., damaged or incorrect item)

3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.

Once approved, you will receive a step-by-step guide to complete the return.

 

Return Costs

Customers are fully responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or there was a mistake on our part.

If you choose to return an item for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or no longer needed, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

A 10% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns to cover handling and processing. 

Important:
If you send a return without our approval or without using the instructions we provide,
we cannot track, process, or refund that return.
The item will not be returned to you.

 

Refund Processing

Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect it and initiate the refund process. The refunded amount will be paid to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take varying amounts of time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time. Restocking fees may be deducted as applicable.

 

Return Address

All approved returns must be sent to our worldwide warehouse.
Returns sent to any other address will not be processed or refunded.

Return Denial

Fjällbris reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines. This includes products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition and packaging. Items returned outside the eligible return period may also be denied. Returns sent to any address other than the one provided through our portal will not be accepted.

 

Unclaimed Packages

If the customer does not collect their package and it is returned to us, they will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

It is the consumer's responsibility to pay taxes and customs duties. An order cannot be canceled or "returned to sender" unless these charges have been approved.

 

Policy Updates

Fjällbris reserves the right to change or update this return policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately after being posted on our website.
