Shipping Methods

We offer a range of shipping options to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your shipment’s progress. Delivery times and fees vary based on your destination and the selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and fees depend on the destination country and local customs policies. Please note that international shipments may face delays due to customs clearance and may incur additional fees based on your destination. For further details, please contact our customer support.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your package is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact us to file a claim. Include your order number, photos of the damaged packaging (if applicable), a phot of the packing slip (for missing items), and a description of the issue. 

Note on Packaging Damage:
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If the packaging is damaged during transit but the item is unharmed and fully functional, it will not qualify for a replacement or refund. For any questions, please contact our customer support.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please file a claim directly with the carrier. You will need to provide proof of loss or a formal claim confirmation from the carrier.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, we can process the cancellation within 30 minutes of the order being placed (during working hours). After 30 minutes, the order may already be in the shipping process, and cancellations will no longer be possible. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Processing time

Standard delivery: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 
Express delivery: Orders are processed and shipped within 12-24 hours

Delivery time 

Our standard delivery typically takes 4-9 business days after your order has shipped. Please note that exact delivery times can vary depending on your specific location. You will receive detailed tracking information once your package is on its way, allowing you to follow its progress.
