Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that returns are sometimes necessary. You can return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Warranty

We offer a 365-day warranty for our products, which covers accidental breakage under normal use. If your product accidentally breaks within this period, we will replace it with a new one. However, please note that we only provide one replacement per order.

If you purchase our optional Lifetime Guarantee, it covers your product for its entire lifespan. This means if your product accidentally breaks under normal use, we will replace it. However, please be aware that the Lifetime Guarantee only entitles you to one replacement per product. Once we have replaced it, the Lifetime Guarantee is considered fulfilled.

Returns

You have the right to return any product purchased from Fjällbris within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Opened consumable products are not eligible for returns.

Create a Return:

  1. Please contact our support via support@fjallbris.com or our help center.
  2. Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any supporting images if applicable.
  3. Await a response from our support.

Return Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the product is found to be defective/faulty.

A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to returns for non-defective items to help cover the cost of processing and restocking. 

Refund Processing

Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect it and initiate the refund process. The refunded amount will be paid to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take varying amounts of time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time. Restocking fees may be deducted as applicable.

Unclaimed Packages

If the customer does not collect their package and it is returned to us, they will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

It is the consumer's responsibility to pay taxes and customs duties. An order cannot be canceled or "returned to sender" unless these charges have been approved.

Changes to the Return Policy

Fjällbris reserves the right to change or update this return policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately after being posted on our website.
